WHEN ARE THE CALLS?
The first call is Sept. 30, 2026 and we meet biweekly on zoom until the end of November. Each call is 75min in length and comes with a replay. You have lifetime access to all the content.
WHAT HEALING MODALITIES WILL BE USED?
Integrative somatic healing, subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation and expansion, EFT Tapping, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), clinical hypnotherapy, vagal toning… and more.
WHAT'S THE FORMAT OF THE GROUP COACHING?
Before each session, you’ll receive a series of reflective questions designed to activate self-awareness and help you identify the patterns most relevant to that week’s theme. Each live call includes an educational component, guided healing and an opportunity to ask questions. Following the call, you’ll complete an anonymous check-in form sharing the challenges, triggers, and nervous system responses you are experiencing. These responses will be used to create a hypnosis track tailored to the specific theme of the session according to the needs emerging within the group. This way you are are never repeating the work; you are meeting your next level and expanding your edge with each round.

You have already created awareness, interrupted old patterns, and expanded what feels possible. Now the work goes deeper.
