THE CROSSING is an intimate afternoon designed to help you honour the wisdom of what came before you as you intentionally make space for what you’re ready to welcome in next.
Through the Akashic Records, hypnosis, and the energy medicine of Reiki, we’ll work beneath the surface to bring awareness to what’s ready to shift as we alchemize it on both a conscious and subconscious level.
We’ll connect with our inner witch through three ancient rituals designed to embody the release and make the intangible tangible in both the mind and the physical world.
You don’t have to carry the weight of the past in order to retain the wisdom of those who came before you. By working with your ancestors through the Records and the potent energy of Samhain, you have a rare opportunity to shift your timeline bringing your desires into your reality.
What to Expect
access the unseen
We’ll begin by accessing the subconscious through the Akashic Records and hypnosis to uncover the fears, patterns or identities that are most ready to be witnessed. Whether they are yours from a past life or lingering in your lineage, we gently bring them to the surface.
alchemize with reiki
Once what is meant to be processed has been brought to the surface, you'll be supported in the release using energy medicine. Reiki allows for integration and deep relaxation while incorporating the physical body in the healing experience.
release & receive
In order to manifest, we'll bring everything into the physical realm through three intentional rituals. First, we'll cut the cords tying us to the past. Next, we burn what we're consciously choosing to release in order to create space. And finally, we’ll bless our intentions with sweetness to call them in with ease.
Connect & witness
We'll end with a circle of sharing and witnessing to empower each other's intentions and amplify the manifestation as a collective. There will be time to journal independently or connect with like-minded women within a judgement-free environment.

The shift doesn't stop when the event ends. You’ll leave with a Reiki-blessed ritual and an ancient manifestation practice to help you stay connected to your desire. You’ll also receive a hypnosis track created exclusively for THE CROSSING, available only to those who attend, so you can continue reprogramming your subconscious and creating safety in your body to receive what you’re calling in.

Timea Urban is a Registered Nurse and somatic-based life coach whose work sits at the intersection of science, subconscious healing and spirituality.
Her magic lies in uncovering and alchemizing the patterns that keep women anchored to old versions of themselves. Her unique sessions blend the energy medicine of Reiki with the channeled wisdom of the Akashic Records guiding women not only understand what’s underneath the surface, but actually work with it.
By bringing the unseen into the light, she helps her clients understand what’s been shaping them, choose differently, and step into a life with endless possibility.

what's the location?
Toronto near Weston Rd & McCormack Street. The exact location will be provided after registration. There is a TTC stop 3min from the venue and plenty of street parking.
What’s included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes the full guided experience, all materials for the three in-person rituals, plus an intentional take-home ritual to help you continue the experience beyond the event. And yes, it is Reiki blessed. You’ll also receive an exclusive THE CROSSING hypnosis track, created specifically for this event and available only to those who attend allowing you to continue upgrading your subconscious.
what should I wear and bring?
Come in something comfortable that you can easily sit or lie down in and wear layers in case you get cold easily. Please bring a yoga mat, journal and water bottle. You will be given a blanket, pillow and everything needed for the three rituals. If you would like to bring a bolster or block for added comfort, feel free to do so.
IS the event space accessible?
The event takes place on the second floor and there is no elevator access, so stairs are required to enter the space. Throughout the afternoon, we’ll be either seated or lying on the floor for the entire time, so please keep that in mind when deciding whether this experience is the right fit for you.
who is this for?
Whether you’re an OG with the Akashic Records, Reiki and hypnosis, or you’re completely new to this work, you’re welcome here. If you’ve been feeling a nudge, craving a deeper reset, or simply curious about exploring spiritual healing in a grounded way, this experience is for you. No previous knowledge about the modalities is required. You will be guided for each step and can go as deep as it feels comfortable.
What if I can no longer attend?
The tickets are final and non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else. You are responsible for finding the person taking your place and must notify me with their name and email before the event so I can update the guest list. Tickets cannot be transferred to a future event or exchanged for another service.
